WALT: list and explain two different ways bees communicate with each other
Answer the following questions:
1. Why do bees dance?
Bees dance because… Bees dance just as we walk and bees dance to tell each other things,and each other dance has a different massage.
2. What does a worker bee do when they find nectar?
Worker bees… Worker bees collect nectar from flowers and turn it into honey.When a bee finds a new place to gather nectar,she takes some back into the hive and let’s the other bees taste it.
3. Explain a round dance
A round dance is… If a bee finds a lot of good nectar,she does a shake dance,shaking her belly in front of bees that aren't busy working.Bees dance the shake when there’s so much food that lots of workers are needed to collect it.
4. What does it mean to other bees, if a worker bees dances longer and faster? The longer and faster the bee dances the better the nectar is.
